The Email tab generates a professional call-to-action button that links to your form. Paste it into an email and recipients can open your Survey or Quiz in one click.

Open the Email tab to copy the button snippet and check its previews.

Add the button to an email

Publish the form

Click Publish in the editor’s top bar. See Publish and share.

Open the Email tab

Click Share, then choose Email.

Check the preview

Button Preview shows the button, and Email Preview shows how it looks inside an email.

Copy the snippet

Click Copy to copy the HTML.

Paste it into your email tool

Open the HTML editor in your email tool and paste the snippet where you want the button to appear.

What you get

The snippet is an HTML link (<a>) styled as a button, with a label such as Take Survey. It points to your form’s share link, so recipients land on the same page as anyone using the link directly. The copied snippet looks like this, with your own form link:
Change the background-color or the label in your email tool if you want the button to match your brand. It works with the HTML editors in email tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid and Gmail.
The Email tab produces a snippet for you to paste. FormAI does not connect to your email account and does not send campaigns for you.
