Open the Add question menu

In the editor toolbar, click +.

Choose a type

Question types are grouped under Text, Choices, Opinion, Other, and Contact & Payment. Hover a type to preview how it looks on a phone, then click it to add it.

Edit it on the canvas

Type your question and, where relevant, your answer choices directly on the canvas.
