The Summary tab turns raw answers into charts. You get one card per question, so you can see patterns without reading each response.

What each card shows

Every question card shows the same header details:
  • The question type badge
  • Views
  • Total Answers
  • Response Rate
Below the header, the visualization depends on the question type. Use the date range at the top of the Result tab to change the period the cards cover.

Read a Matrix heatmap

Cell shading follows the “Response Volume Low→High” legend, so you can spot the busiest combinations at a glance. If the question is easier to read with rows and columns the other way round, click Transpose.

Read an NPS-style breakdown

For a 0 to 10 scale, FormAI groups respondents into Detractors, Passives and Promoters and summarizes them as an NPS figure. The Average gives the typical score, and the Score Distribution chart shows how scores are spread.
