The Plan page

The page opens with “Your plan” and the line “You’re currently on the … plan.” Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle to switch the billing period. Prices on this page are monthly prices. Businesses can add a VAT number at checkout.

Change your plan

Open Plan

Click Plan in the left sidebar.

Choose a billing period

Pick Monthly or Yearly.

Click Change plan

Select Change plan on the plan you want and complete checkout. Businesses can add a VAT number during checkout.
Use “Compare all features” at the bottom of the Plan page for a side-by-side view, or visit the pricing page.

AI credits

Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance for your organization. Credits are used by FormAI’s AI features. For the current allowance on each plan, see the pricing page and the Plan page in the app. Credits reset every month and do not roll over. If you run out, AI actions pause until the allowance resets. Your published forms keep collecting responses in the meantime.

Unlimited responses, seats and workspaces are subject to the Fair Usage Policy.
