# Publish and share

> Publish a form, copy its share link, post it to social channels, and find the link again from your workspace.

A form is ready to collect responses once you publish it. The fastest way to share a Survey or Quiz is a link.

## Publish your form

  <Step title="Click Publish">
    Click **Publish** in the top bar of the editor. The button is disabled when there is nothing new to publish.

  <Step title="Find it in your workspace">
    Published forms move to the **Published** column of your workspace board. You can keep editing after you publish.

## Copy the share link

    In the editor, click **Share** at the top.

  <Step title="Choose Share Link">
    The **Share Link** tab shows your form's URL, for example `https://ui.formai.app/to/<id>`.

  <Step title="Copy and send it">
    Click the copy button next to the URL, then paste the link into a message, a social post or a page on your site.

The Share tab has three options for Surveys and Quizzes: **Share Link**, **Embed Code** and **Email**. See [Embed on your website](/user-guide/share/embed-on-your-website) and [Email button](/user-guide/share/email-button).

## Share on social

Under **Share on social**, use the buttons for Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Slack to share your link on those channels. The **Quick Share** card notes that the link works well for social media, messaging apps and direct sharing.

Expand **Link Preview** to check the link before you send it.

## Copy the link from your workspace

You do not need to open the editor to get a link again. In your workspace board, open the **⋯** menu on a form card and choose **Copy link**. The **Recent Forms** table on the Dashboard also has a copy link action in each row.

## QR codes

  QR codes are only available for Live sessions. Surveys and quizzes are shared with a link, an embed, or an email button. To host a Live session with a QR code, see [Host a Live session](/user-guide/live/host-a-live-session).

## The FormAI badge

On the Free plan, your form shows a "Developed by FormAI" badge. Paid plans can turn it off with the **FormAI Branding** setting in the form settings. See [Form settings](/user-guide/settings/form-settings).
