# FAQ

> Short answers about exporting responses, Live sessions, AI credits, branding, sharing, and features that are not available yet.

## Building forms

  <Accordion title="Can I create a form from a PDF or a web page?">
    Yes. In the **New form** dialog, open the **Add context** menu and choose **PDF document** or **Web page**. FormAI drafts questions from the content. See [Add context](/user-guide/create/add-context).

  <Accordion title="How many questions will AI generate?">
    You choose in the question count menu: **Up to 5 · quick pulse**, **About 10 · standard** or **15 or more · deep dive**. Surveys finish best under 8 questions, because completion drops after that.

  <Accordion title="Can I trust AI-generated questions?">
    AI can make mistakes, so review everything it drafts before you publish. You can edit any question by hand or ask FormAI Agent to change it.

  <Accordion title="Does FormAI Agent change my form without asking?">
    No. The agent proposes a change and shows **Apply** and **Preview**. Nothing changes until you apply it. See [Edit with FormAI Agent](/user-guide/editor/edit-with-ai-agent).

  <Accordion title="Can I edit a form after I publish it?">
    Yes. You can keep editing after you click **Publish**. The **Publish** button is disabled when there is nothing new to publish.

  <Accordion title="Is there conditional logic or branching?">
    Not yet. Conditional logic is planned. See the [roadmap](/user-guide/roadmap).

## Sharing and Live sessions

  <Accordion title="How can I share a survey or quiz?">
    Click **Publish**, then use the **Share** tab to copy a link, embed an iframe on your site, or paste an email button into your email tool. See [Publish and share](/user-guide/share/publish-and-share).

  <Accordion title="Can I use a QR code for my survey or quiz?">
    No. QR codes are only available for Live sessions.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do participants need an account to join a Live session?">
    No. Participants join from a phone browser with the PIN or by scanning the QR code. They do not need an account or an app. See [Host a Live session](/user-guide/live/host-a-live-session).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I remove the FormAI badge?">
    Upgrade to a paid plan, then turn off **FormAI Branding** in the form settings. Free forms show "Developed by FormAI". See [Form settings](/user-guide/settings/form-settings).

  <Accordion title="Can I use my own domain for my forms?">
    Not yet. Custom domain is listed as coming soon on the Pro plan.

## Results

  <Accordion title="Can I export responses?">
    Not yet. The **Responses** tab has no export button. You can read every response in the table, open a row for detail, and use the **Summary** tab for charts. Export is planned. See [Individual responses](/user-guide/results/individual-responses).

  <Accordion title="Can I connect FormAI to other tools?">
    Not yet. Integrations are planned. Premium integrations are listed as coming soon on the Pro plan. See the [roadmap](/user-guide/roadmap).

  <Accordion title="What do Drop-off Rate and Submission Rate mean?">
    **Submission Rate** is the share of views that end in a submission. **Drop-off Rate** is the share of respondents who leave before finishing. See [Results overview](/user-guide/results/overview).

## Plans and AI credits

  <Accordion title="Is the Free plan really free?">
    Yes. It needs no credit card and has no time limit. Paid plans unlock features such as removing the FormAI badge.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What uses AI credits?">
    AI form generation, FormAI Agent edits and AI theme generation. Manual edits, publishing, sharing, collecting responses and viewing results do not use credits. See [Plans and AI credits](/user-guide/account/plans-and-ai-credits).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens when I run out of AI credits?">
    AI actions pause until your monthly allowance resets. Credits do not roll over. Your published forms keep collecting responses.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How many AI credits does my plan include?">
    Each plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance for your organization. Check the [pricing page](https://formai.app/pricing) and the **Plan** page in the app for the current allowance.

  <Accordion title="Do you offer an API or single sign-on?">
    Not yet. Developer API access and Google SSO are listed as coming soon on the Business plan, and SAML SSO + SCIM on Enterprise. See the [roadmap](/user-guide/roadmap).

  <Accordion title="Who do I contact about a payment problem?">

## Workspaces and data

  <Accordion title="What happens if I delete a form?">
    **Delete** removes the form and its responses. This cannot be undone. See [Manage workspaces](/user-guide/workspaces/manage-workspaces).

  <Accordion title="How long do invites last?">
    Invites expire after 7 days. See [Invite your team](/user-guide/workspaces/invite-your-team).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Where is my data stored?">
