# Account preferences

> Switch organizations, change the app theme, manage notifications, and find your profile and sign-out in the organization menu.

Your account settings live in the organization menu at the top of the left sidebar. Click the organization name to open it.

## The left sidebar

The sidebar holds your main navigation:

* The organization switcher at the top, with a button to collapse the sidebar
* **Dashboard**
* **Workspaces**
* **Plan**
* The **WORKSPACES** list, with a **+** button to create a workspace

## The organization menu

Click the organization name to open a menu with:

| Item | What it does |
| - | - |
| Organization list | Lists your organizations so you can switch between them. |
| **Theme** | Sets how the FormAI app looks. **Light** is one of the options. |
| **Notifications** | Opens your notification preferences. |
| Profile | Shows your name and email. |
| Sign out | Signs you out of FormAI. |

  The **Theme** option here changes the look of the FormAI app. It does not change how your forms look to respondents. To style forms, see [Themes](/user-guide/design/themes).

## Organizations and plans

AI credits are allocated per organization. If you belong to more than one organization, check which one is active in the organization switcher before you open the **Plan** page. See [Plans and AI credits](/user-guide/account/plans-and-ai-credits).

## Language

FormAI's interface is available in English and French. Your forms have their own language setting. See [Form settings](/user-guide/settings/form-settings).
